Over the last forty years, it has been a priority of Grant to work closely with homeowners across Ireland to maximise efficiencies, reduce heating costs and future-proof their homes. The leading
heating manufacturer has spent many years ensuring its award-winning heating technologies work together seamlessly and as a result, is now offering Integrated Heating Packages for New Builds.
These packages are compiled by Grant’s technical specialists using a range of Grant heating technologies that will suit the heating needs of each individual home.

Grant Integrated Heating Package

Grant’s integrated packages offering ensures that homeowners can benefit from a simple and enjoyable home heating journey, resulting in lasting comfort, carbon and financial savings. Each bespoke package has been designed, sized and specified by the Grant technical team in line with homeowners’ preferences and the property in mind. Each package typically includes a main heat source, hot water storage system and heat emitters. Grant smart heating controls can also be added to each package.

Models from the Grant heat pump range are the most popular main heat source usually included within Grant’s integrated heating packages. Available  in outputs of 6kW, 10kW, 13kW and 17kW the Grant Aerona 3 R32 air to water air source heat pump range is a popular choice for new builds due to its cleaner, environmentally friendly performance.

In addition, the range has the ability to lower a property’s overall carbon footprint whilst helping to achieve NZEB standards, as required by all new buildings in the Republic of Ireland.

Reinforcing Grant’s commitment to providing market-leading heating solutions, units within the range have achieved an A+++ energy rating at low temperatures such as 35°C or 45°C. Even if external temperatures were to drop as low as -20°, the heat pump’s output will modulate up or down depending on the exact climate conditions to ensure ultimate energy efficiency for the property. The 13kW and 17kW models within the range have also been recognised by the international award programme Quiet Mark for their low noise qualities.

The Grant Aerona 3 heat pump range has been designed to work well with a range of Grant’s other heating technologies, making it the perfect main heat source to be included within Grant’s Integrated Heating Packages for New Builds. Each heating package can help a new build property achieve compliance, whilst benefitting from the high efficiencies for which Grant heating
technologies are renowned.
