 Gerald died peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise on Wednesday 30 November, in his 94th year.

Pre-deceased by his wife Annie (Taylor) and his brother Desmond. Much loved father of Geraldine (Persse), John and Rachel (Harding).

He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his son, daughters, his 12 grandchildren, especially Gemma, her partner Evan, Jessica and Ben, his six great-grandchildren, his brother Bertie, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, family circle, friends, neighbours and carers.

Reposing at his home on Friday, ( Eircode; R32R2R2). Funeral Service on Saturday at his home at 1pm followed by burial in Cross Hill Cemetery, Castlecomer.
